04/05/2016 by Kevincm

Emirates continues to expand its operations between Dubai and Bangkok, with the addition of another pair of flight a day between the two cities.

The new rotation will increase Emirates operations to seven times a day between Dubai International Airport and Bangkok Suvarnabhumi.

The new rotation – EK350/EK351 -will be operated with a Three-Class Boeing 777-300ER, operating as follows:

EK350 DEPART DXB 19:50 ARRIVE BKK 05:10+1
EK351 DEPART BKK 06:35 ARRIVE DXB 09:50

EK350 arrives 10 minutes later Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
EK351 departs 10 minutes later Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
Commences 1st July 2016
Booked Equipment: Boeing 777-300ER

The combined timetable is a mixture of A380s and Boeing 777-300ERs between Dubai and Bangkok, providing a connection to pretty much any Emirates arrival at Dubai.

EK375 DEPART BKK 09:55 ARRIVE DXB 13:00 Airbus A380
EK377 DEPART BKK 15:50 ARRIVE DXB 19:00 Airbus A380
EK373 DEPART BKK 21:25 ARRIVE DXB 00:50+1 Airbus A380

Data: Airlineroute

This adds another 354 to 360 seats a day, or between 2478 to 2520 extra seats a week between the two cities.

Or if we’re doing the full capacity count and Emirates using its larger configuration aircraft (Emirates operate 517 seater A380s, and 360 seater Boeing 777-300ERs),

  • Per day: 3,148
  • Per week: 2,2036

That’s a LOT of seats to fill per day/week. But if Emirates is good at anything, its pricing fares to fill those seats.
