It’s Sunday again, and it must be time for some airplane art.
This week, it’s a Lufthansa Airbus A319 pushing back from the gate at Birmingham Airport as it prepares to return to Germany – with a Thomson Airways Boeing 757-200 in the background and an Aer Lingus Airbus A320 starting to sneak into shot.
Lufthansa operate a fleet of 30 of Airbus A319s – used across Europe from their bases in Frankfurt and Munich. These operate alongside the larger Airbus A320s and Airbus A321s aircraft which also feature in the Lufthansa short to medium haul fleet.
Thomson Airways operate 14 Boeing 757-200s in their fleet, supporting their charter operations from various UK airports to destinations around the world.
More Airplane art next week!
