There hasn’t been a decent Tesco promotion for some time, so its good to finally see one. Tesco is to bring back double points earning this weekend
The bonuses work out like this:
- In Store Spending = 2 points per £1 spent
- Tesco Groceries Online = 2 points per £1 spent
- Tesco Direct = 2 points per £1 spent
- F&F (clothing) = 2 points per £1 spent
- Tesco Fuel = 2 points per £2 spent
As usual, scan your Tesco Clubcard when at the checkout, or add it in the appropriate box when buying stuff online.
You won’t be able to get the uplifted points on certain things like Electronic Gift cards, e-tops, postage stamps, prescriptions, Mobile Contracts, Esso Fuel, Tobacco and a few other things.
It’s unusual for Tesco to be so nice, so if you need to do shopping in Tesco over the weekend, it could be worth taking advantage of their generosity.
Tesco Clubcard points as you are aware are convertible into useful things, such as in-store vouchers, Avios/BA Executive Accounts Avios, Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Miles, Monarch Airways vouchers (as well as Rail Cards, Coach tickets, Ferry tickets… the list goes on).
It’s a good offer if you collect ClubCard points – and one to grab if you have time this weekend.
