It’s time to put your seat in the upright position, stow your luggage in the overhead locker and put your tray table away as American Airlines launch their new safety video.
Yes – the video they’ve had since the merger with US Airways has finally been replaced with a new video.
Here it is below:
With a few crazy angles and mirrors it’s a bit different from the norm.
Mirrors everywhere.
Strip lighting? Check.
Although I doubt these seats would ever make it near a plane.
Extra marks for using a slide… minus points for the fake life jacket lack of inflation.
The main safety messages are brought across in a clear format – mind you, a few seconds trimming would never hurt (as the video is about 4 minutes and 20 seconds long… allowing minds to wander).
It’s a little crazy with the moving sets (creating fluidity), but it’s nice to hear one voice throughout carry out the briefing.
Expect it to land on American Airlines flights soon.
