Five Years on Boarding Area. Still going strong

Five Years ago to this date, some content I wrote shifted from Blogger to Boarding Area. In those days, I was better known as GhettoIFE – me taking a very gentle poke at the In-Fight Entertainment Industry in my own unique way.

Who remembers this then? Good olde GhettoIFE. Thank $deity that I changed that. And the name of the blog too. 

Since the I’ve written… a lot of different things, fluctuating, and changing the focus of the blog as I moved away from talking what minor credit card pickings there are in the UK (and considering I’m not regulated by the UK FCA, those will be very few and far between in the future – if any), and focused on what I could talk about best – Passenger Intelligence (informing you of route changes, airline changes and changes that affect you as a passenger) and Passenger Experience (where we look at the experience you get aboard a plane and how it all fits together).

Throw in some talk about miles occasionally, the odd deal, lots of photos, and of course, the ever meandering trip reports and there’s the basis of my blog.

For those of you who have been around since 2009 when I was on Blogger, your continued support is so welcome.

For those of you here since I moved to Boarding Area, its been a pleasure to write for you and I hope to bring you many more stories, features and analysis in the future. 

And also a big thank you to Boarding Area for putting up with me these past five years. You don’t know how much it means to be part of this family.

For those of you who are critics of my grammar, please go and read this. Some of us are dyslexic you know.

So what next? More. More.. More. Lots more writing, lots more knowledge to learn and experience, and lots more information to share.

And a give away?

I should have something to give away, but thanks to Brexit and a few other reasons, there are no give aways… well…  this week.

Try say… two weeks time. I might have some more Airbus A330 Kinder Surprises to give away. And yes, US friends, you can play this time.
