It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week we feature a United Airlines Boeing 747-400, commencing its final approach into Chicago O’Hare, completing the long trip from Beijing (the plane was operating flight 850).
United Airlines retains a fleet of 21 Boeing 747-400s, operating across their worldwide network.
However, these planes are in their sunset years, with them due to be replaced with A350-1000s and the Boeing 777-300ER, with retirement slated for 2018.
More Airplane Art next week!
