London Heathrow to Delhi – operating twice daily using Boeing 787-9
London Heathrow to Mumbai – operating twice daily with Boeing 777-200ER
Iran
London Heathrow to Tehran Imam Khomeini – operates daily using a 3-class Boeing 777-200ER
North America
London Heathrow to Chicago O’Hare – operates twice daily using Boeing 747-400
London Heathrow to Dallas-Fort Worth – operates daily using a Boeing 747-400
London Heathrow to San Diego – operates daily using a Boeing 777-300ER
London Heathrow to Seattle – operates 12 times weekly, with BA49/48 operated with a Boeing 747-400

It goes without saying when equipment swaps like this begin to hit, you need to be checking your forward reservations to ensure your flight is operating – and any seats that you’ve assigned have been shifted around or not (or to get a better seat in some cases).
I doubt this will be the end of the equipment swaps before the Spring/Summer timetable commences.
