It’s Sunday, and once again, it’s time for some more airplane art.
This week in the freezing cold of a Helsinki morning is an Air Berlin Airbus A321 at the de-icing pads, as it prepares to depart for Germany.
The stabliser of this Air Berlin A321 being bathed in de-icer.
And the wings getting the full on treatment on this Air Berlin Airbus A321.
Air Berlin is in a state of flux as 38 planes are due to transition over to Lufthansa as well as in the process of installing a new CEO.
Currently, Air Berlin operate a fleet of 21 Airbus A321 aircraft – all of which are due to be transferred to Niki, which in turn will be converted into a leisure airline by Etihad and TUI.
If you’re confused, join the rest of us who are trying to work out what goes on at Air Berlin
