It seems Vienna is next on Qatar Airways list to get an Airbus A350 operating to the Austrian capital.

The Doha to Vienna route is getting a double boost – initially with services increasing to 12 times a week in mid-August (19th August 2017). The Airbus A350-900 will be introduced from 16th September 2017, adding additional capacity.
The timetable from the 16th September looks like this:

The Airbus A350 will replace the existing Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, representing a seat increase. Currently, Qatar Airways operate their Boeing 787s with 22 business class seats and 232 economy seats. The Airbus A350 will operate with a larger capacity cabin – with 36 business class seats and 247 economy seats
In total, Qatar Airways will have 3251 seats a week between Doha and Vienna to fill in both directions.
What are the products like though? Given a choice – I’d fly the Airbus A350 over the Boeing 787 in the economy cabin – mainly as the seats are wider aboard a Qatar Airways A350. You can check my reviews aboard a Qatar Airways A350 and Boeing 787-8 to compare and contrast.
