It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art
This week, taxing to a gate at its home base of Frankfurt Airport is a Lufthansa Airbus A340-600.
Lufthansa operate a fleet of 18 Airbus A340-600s (the longest variant of the Airbus A340 family), serving long haul destinations from its bases using them.
The Lufthansa Airbus A340-600s support the airlines long haul operation – which uses a mixture of Airbus A330s, A340-300s, A350s, A380s as well as Boeing 747-400s and 747-8i aircraft.
