Emirates continues its expansion – and boosting services in already served destinations – with the announcement of extra services to Cairo.
Emirates Boeing 777-300ER at Dublin Airport – Image, Economy Class and Beyond (side-note – aren’t you all happy I have a new Emirates 777-300ER image. The old one was getting over used… considering I shot it long ago…)
Emirates will add four extra flights a week from 29th October. This will bring the airline up from 17 flights a week to 21 flights a week.
The extra flight is timetabled as follows:
EK925 DEPART DXB 20:50 ARRIVE CAI 23:05 EK926 DEPART CAI 00:45 ARRIVE DXB 06:15 Commences as a daily operation from 29th October Booked Equipment: Emirates Three-Class Boeing 777-300ER Data: Emirates
This in real terms will convert into Emirates converting from a mixed two/three times a day service to a full three times a day service.
Emirates will deploy a three class Boeing 777-300ER on the route, consisting of:
- 8 First Class Suites
- 42 Business Class Seats
- 310 Economy Class seats
For those who need napkin calculations, Emirates will offer over 7350 seats each-way a week between Dubai and Cairo – along with 23 tonnes of cargo per flight (483 tonnes a week).

Whilst not a massive expansion – it does pad out a service that gives customers regular daily options to connect to Dubai and beyond.
