Time for the first of many snapshots over the next few weeks – this time focusing on British Airways 776 between London Heathrow and Stockholm Arlanda in Club Europe.

So, let’s take a look at British Airways 776 in Club Europe. What’s the experience like?
Boarding
Boarding was from Gate 20 in the main Terminal 5 area. Note – no Gate A10 that seems to haunt me most trips.
The Plane
It’s a British Airways Airbus A321.
The seats
Once again, it’s the B/E Pinnacle Seats in brown leather. Legroom was just about passable. The middle seat was blocked as a cocktail table.
Catering
Service aboard was a Breakfast service in Club World and a Buy on Board service in EuroTraveller. Drinks were liberally offered. Whilst the champagne remains the same in Club Europe (Champagne de Castelnau), instead of being offered in mini-bottles, it is now offered in from a bigger bottle.
Tray. I refused the bread.
Drinks. That Champagne de Castelnau is still rather acidic…
IFE/WiFi
None.
The flight
A nice smooth flight all the way from London to Stockholm, departing westerly from Heathrow, over Windsor Castle, turning and over the North Sea, then Denmark and finally Sweden, arriving early to the gate.
The full review will be part of the Singapore Trip report… and that’s coming soon!
