It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, waiting its next turn as it being loaded is a Scoot Boeing 787 Dreamliner at its home base of Singapore Changi International Airport.
Scoot (the low-cost offshoot of Singapore Airlines) operates both current variants of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner – the smaller 787-8 and the larger 787-9, operating to China, Australia and Europe.
The fleet is supported by the TigerAir Singapore fleet (which is being re-branded as Scoot) made up of the Airbus A320 family (split between two A319s and 21 A320ceo aircraft)
In the long-term, Scoot will operate 10 of each type of Boeing 787 Dreamliner, and will be taking on 39 Airbus A32neo – which are due for entry into service in 2018.
More Airplane Art next week!
