It’s the last day of the Dubai Air Show, and there has been a few orders trickling through on the final day.
Boeing
Let’s start with the one that’s got you here – which is SCAT Airlines (sometimes known as Special Cargo Air Transport) of Kazakhstan has finalised an order for six Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft.
Editors note: Yes, they do have a web site at scat.kz (safe for work). Just don’t blame if me if your network administrator rushes downstairs to find out what you’re searching for on the interwebs.

Meanwhile in the Airbus corner, the airframer has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Air Sénégal two A330neo aircraft.

Otherwise, that’s it from the Dubai Air Show. It’s been a funny old show as I reflected after the mega orders yesterday.
Suffice to say, there’s plenty to consider by all the major airframers and what their next steps are in their sales tactics, or in some cases… re-designs as needed…
And a lot of aircraft to build.

That’s OK. I used to live in a city that had a SCAT bus system. You’d think someone would figure it out over time.
