It seems Eurowings is bucking up its game in long haul Business Class, with the airline reavealing its seats.
Those who haven’t seen the old Lufthansa Business Class seats should look away now.
So as you can see – it’s the old business class seat.
Eurowings is full of puff with this release, calling it BIZ Class
Drum roll: Presenting our new BIZclass! Coming soon! https://t.co/ucj8jpv5Dt pic.twitter.com/Pv17nydGGh

The seat will be on show at the ITB Travel Fare in Berlin in March 2018, with a rollout in the air to commence by the end of April 2018.
BIZclass tickets will go on sale before then.
So the seat itself… it’s the current Lufthansa Business seat – I think we can all agree that – with the ability to play footise with your friend. It converts into a flat bed too – which is nice.
Oliver Wagner, Eurowings CCO on the launch off the seats states:
“We are currently fine-tuning the product and have some great surprises in store”
On combining – Low-cost and BIZclass doesn’t seem to be a contradiction for Eurowings.
“We see strong demand for another top product from our company on routes with a higher proportion of business travel, for example on US flights from Düsseldorf to New York, Miami or Fort Myers,”
“We’ll be entering the BIZclass race with our usual budget-priced Eurowings tickets.”
Pricing and the services attached to BIZClass will be the core issue – and how these services are presented.
Of course, Eurowings is looking more and more like a Low-Cost Lufthansa.
Without the Five Star SkyTrax rating.

Since Brussels Airlines is now under the Eurowings umbrella, I wonder if they will get the new seats? I actually love the current offering on SN as they are comparable with SWISS and Austrian seats.
