It’s Sunday and time for some more airplane art.
This week, we have a Swiss International Airlines Bombardier Swiss Bombardier C Series CS100 departing Zürich Airport on a winter’s day.
Swiss were the launch operator of the Bombardier C Series, and operate both he CS100 (the small version) and the CS300. (The larger 130 seater version). Pictured here is a CS100 – and the maiden aircraft that launched the C Series into commercial service (HB-JBA).
Airlines that also operate the C Series include airBlatic and Korean Air.
In addition, with the US International Trade Commission lifting the threat of a 292% duty on the planes, airlines such as Delta Air Lines will now be able to take delivery of the type without penalty.
More airplane art next week!
