It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week after completing the 1 hour 30 hop from Birmingham is a FlyBe Bombardier Q400 Dash 8 at Hamburg Airport.
Flybe operate a fleet of 53 Bombardier Q400 aircraft, used on their regional fleet across Europe. These 78 seat aircraft are supported by a small fleet of Embraer 175s and 195s.
This frame – G-JECM is a twelve-year-old frame that has served the Flybe fleet since it was delivered in 2006, powered by two Pratt and Whitney Turboprops.
But what was the passenger experience like? I’ll have more on that in a snapshot sometime this week…
