For those of you who are new to the blog:
- Trip Reports – These are full deep-dive reports taking you into the experience and the small things… as well as the big things!
- Snapshots – These are bite-sized reviews that show you the basic product in some nice gentle headlines
Pre-departure
Boarding was from the Schengen A Gates at Brussels Airport. Boarding was delayed with no reason given.
The Plane
Brussels Airlines utilised an Airbus A320. For this flight, The AeroSmurf (The Smurfs) plane was booked.
Interior
As well as being painted with The Smurfs on the outside, it was decorated inside with more Smurf related items
The seat
The seat is the standard Lufthansa Group NEK (Recaro) seat, pitched at over 32″, and with a seat width of 18″.
In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity
Overhead monitors were installed, mainly showing the map. No In-flight Internet was available. Oh, and The theme to “The Smurfs” played after landing…
Food and Beverages
Food service was a buy on board service. I tried the on-board Belgian Fries and Spa Duo combo.
