It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week we have an AeroMexico Boeing 787-9 landing in the grey of an Amsterdam evening at Schiphol airport, as it the plane completes its long-haul flight from Mexico City.
AeroMexico operate two variants of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner – with nine 787-8 (the originally introduced 787) and eight 787-9 aircraft (the first larger capacity 787). These aircraft operate in a three-class configuration (Business Class, Premium Economy and Economy Class).
The plane are powered by twin General Electric GEnx Engines, and feature Panasonic Ku WiFi on-board the plane.
The Boeing 787 Dreamliners replaced the Boeing 767 and 777’s the previously operated for the airline on their long haul routes. The 787s operate their entire long haul operation.
More Airplane Art next week!
