It’s Sunday, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, we have an Aer Lingus Airbus A330-300 landing at Dublin Airport as it completes a transatlantic trek home, with a fellow IAG company British Airways Airbus A319 in the background.
Aer Lingus uses Airbus A330 aircraft as its primary long haul aircraft on its transatlantic services. The airline operates five Airbus A330-200 (the range optimised version of the A330) and eight Airbus A330-300 (the payload optimised version of the aircraft).
The aircraft are used on transatlantic services as well as a few Spanish operations. They are supported by four Boeing 757-200 operated by ASL Airlines for their long haul operations.
More Airplane art next week!
