It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, taxing to the gate at London Heathrow Airport is a Oman Air Airbus A330 as it completes the journey from Muscat International Airport to Heathrow Terminal 4.
Oman Air operate both variants of the Airbus A330 – four Airbus A330-200 (the range-optimised version) and six Airbus A330-300 (the payload optimised aircraft).
These have been removed from the Muscat to Heathrow route, with the Boeing 787-9 taking over the route. The Boeing 787s support the long haul operation of the airline, with three 787-9s, and four 787-8s currently being operated by Oman Air
