It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, taxing into San Francisco International Airport after a flight is a Delta Air Lines Boeing 737-800 with the grey cloud of a Bay Area morning in the background (with a little light trying to break through).
Delta operate a fleet of 77 Boeing 737-800 aircraft, along with 10 Boeing 737-700s and 102 Boeing 737-900ER. These are supported by 57 Airbus A319s, 62 Airbus A320s and 61 Airbus A321 aircraft.
Of interest, this plane is fitted with Gogo 2Ku technology in the large ray-dome, allowing passengers to connect to the Internet in-flight, as well as utilise streaming entertainment services… that looks a little like this under the dome.
