It’s Sunday again, so it’s time for the last Airplane Art of the year.
This week, we have a Swiss International Air Lines Airbus A340-300 taking off in the snow from Zurich Airport as it heads to a long haul destination.
Those of you who look carefully should be able to spot the snow, as well as the vortices off the winglets as the plane takes off.
Swiss operate a fleet of five Airbus A340-300 aircraft – which operate a three class configuration (First, Business and Economy class). These support the Swiss long haul operation which uses 14 Airbus A330-300 and 10 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
These connect the Swiss International Air Lines network out of Zurich to their world-wide network, as well to the European and Regional network.
More Airplane art next week!
