Carolina Martinoli, British Airways’ Director of Brand and Customer Experience, said:
“For many of our customers, being able to settle in to watch some latest film releases as well as much-loved classics is a real treat that they look forward to. Whether our customers are travelling with someone special or wanting to enjoy a good film, we look forward to welcoming them on board with our Love is in the Air channel.”
Just remember – no Flying High/Solo Aviators Club Memberships please.
It’s interesting to watch airlines being more agile and adjusting to seasonal trends – and how they deliver that. In this case, British Airways has turned to its IFE system to deliver something extra on top of its normal offering which is seasonal and relevant – and it’s a good use of the IFE system to cuddle up to something together.
Just please – no memberships of the Mile High Club or Solo Aviators Club, please… Least of all – you’ll have an angry crew to deal with… let alone what awaits you on the ground.
