It’s Easter Sunday, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, we have one of the British Airways Airbus A319 arriving into London Heathrow Airport – painted in the classic British European Airways retro livery.
British Airways operate a fleet of 42 Airbus A319 aircraft. This example G-EUPJ has been painted in British European Airways celebration of “100 years of British Airways”
For those looking to spot this plane, it does have a limited time in the air (and in operation, with it due for withdrawal from the British Airways fleet in 2020. The plane is meant to keep this historic livery until then. Currently, it is flying from Gatwick Airport (although its home base appears to be Heathrow).
More Airplane Art next week!
