It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, we have a British Airways Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner on final approach to London Heathrow Airport (as shot from the British Airways Technical Block Area).
British Airways operate a fleet of 18 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft in its long haul fleet. These support long haul operations along with the smaller Boeing 787-8, the Boeing 777-200, Boeing 777-200ER, Boeing 777-300ER, Boeing 747-400 and the Airbus A380.
This aircraft – G-ZBKM – is a three-year old example that joined the British Airways fleet in July 2016
The Airbus A350-1000 will also join the fleet in the near future.
The airline operate their Boeing 787-9 aircraft in a four-class configuration, with FIRST, Club World, World Traveller Plus and World Traveller.
More airplane art next week!
