Its Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, taking off from Dublin Airport is an Aer Lingus Airbus A320, painted in the airlines new livery.
The Airbus A320 is the backbone of the Aer Lingus fleet, with 34 of the type operating in its short-haul fleet. These are supported by three Airbus A321 aircraft and a Avro RJ85 leased from CityJet used primarily for flights to London City Airport.
These support the Aer Lingus long haul operation that operates from Dublin Airport to US and Canada.
This aircraft EI-CVA – St Schira is a 19 year old Airbus A320 was delivered directly to the airline, and has served with it since its entry into service.
