In “here we go again” news, British Airways are suffering multiple IT issues – and is causing issues with Check-in and departures.

As usual, the short haul programme has taken the hit, with delays stacking up.
The airline advises
A number of flights continue to operate but we are advising customers to check the latest flight informationbefore coming to the airport.We are offering customers booked on short-haul services departing from Heathrow, Gatwick and London City today, the opportunity to rebook to another day.
Never a good sign
With the airline having to revert to manual systems to get people on their way, delays will be order of the day.
The airline is also advising that the situation is fluid, and as such to keep an eye on the app or site for updates. For those who have had flights cancelled, do not travel to the airport.
