My wife and I flew from Singapore to Perth on SQ215 on 6 Aug 2019 on Business Class and whilst we were satisfied with the attention we received from the crew, we were completely disappointed with workings of the Dreamliner where we sat. The reading lights of both our seats didn’t work, so were the flight attendants light. As for the entertainment consoles, it didn’t work at all where my wife sat; I was fortunate enough to get mine working after some time.
As I said to the Flight Manager, Bernardino, this is a real worry to us seeing that we have already booked to fly Business Class with you all the way to Paris on 30/31 Aug 2019 from Perth, and all the way from Frankfurt back to Perth on 5 Oct 2019. From your record, you would find that we had flown Business Class with SIA from Perth to Europe in the past two years as well.
