It’s time for another snapshot – this time looking at the passenger experience on British Airways 767 between Oslo to London Heathrow.

Check-in
Check-in was carried out in Zone 1 of Oslo Airport. Bags were tagged to their final destination .
Security
Security was carried out at the one of main checkpoints.
Lounge
The OSL Lounge was utilised as the British Airways contract lounge.
Boarding
Boarding was from the F Gates after clearing the Schengen.
The aircraft
The aircraft used was an Airbus A321.
The seat
British Airways use the Collins Aerospace Pinnacle seat throughout on this A321ceo.
In Flight Entertainment and Connectivity
No Internet connectivity was offered, along with no screens being utilised.
Food and Drink
British Airways offer a buy-on-board service. Nothing was purchased from the on-board offering
Landing
Landing was at Heathrow Airport, with the aircraft docking at the Terminal 5 A Gates.
