It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, we have an Aeroflot Airbus A320 taxing around Frankfurt Airport as it prepares to set off for the journey back to Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport.
Aeroflot operates a mixture of Airbus and Boeing aircraft in its short-to-medium haul fleet, which includes:
- Airbus A320
- Airbus A321
- Boeing 737-800
The airline also operates the Sukhoi Superjet 100 in its fleet, along with the Airbus A330-200, Airbus A330-300, Airbus A350-900 and Boeing 777-300ER in its long haul fleet.
Together, these connect Russia to the world.
This aircraft – VQ-BHL (or S Vavilov as it is named) is a 10-year-old aircraft that is in current active service with the airline, configured with a two-class interior.
More Airplane Art next week!
