It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, we have a Malaysia Airlines Boeing 737-800 preparing to taxi out from Singapore Changi Airport as it prepares for the short hop back to Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Malaysia Airlines operate a fleet of 48 Boeing 737-800 aircraft in its short to medium-haul fleet – representing an “all-Boeing” short-haul fleet. These feed into regional services, connecting to the Kuala Lumpur and feeding the airlines long haul fleet – made up of the Airbus A330-200, Airbus A330-300, Airbus A350-900 and Airbus A380.
Combined, these aircraft connect Malaysia to the world.
This aircraft – 9M-MLN joined the Malaysia Airlines fleet in May 2012 – where it remains in the fleet.
More Airplane art next week
