It’s Sunday again, so it n must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, we have something a little unusual (for this blog) – a Myanmar National Airlines Boeing 737-800 taking off from Hong Kong International Airport as it commences the journey from Hong Kong to its home base of Yangon.
Myanmar National Airlines operates a fleet of four Boeing 737-800 aircraft in its fleet. It also operates two Embraer E-190, one ATR72-500, ten ATR-72-600 and two Cessna 208 Caravan in its fleet. The airline also holds orders for four Boeing 737-8 MAX
This aircraft – XY-ALC joined the airline four and a half years or so (at the time of writing). It is leased from GECAS and has been placed with the airline since then. At the time of photography, this aircraft had been in service with the airline for just under four months.
More Airplane Art next week!
