Emirates is continuing with its network rebuild, adding both Bangkok (Thailand) and Lusaka (Zambia) to its range of operations.

Bangkok
Emirates will return to Bangkok from the 1st September, with daily flights to the Thai capital.
Booked operation is as follows:
EK384 DEPART DXB 01:50 ARRIVE BKK 11:30 EK385 DEPART BKK 03:25 ARRIVE DXB 06:35 Commences from Dubai from 1st September Commences from Bangkok from 2nd September Operates Daily Booked Equipment: Three-Class Boeing 777-300ER
Emirates Chauffeur Drive and Lounge is available from Dubai too for those premium passengers who need that service.
Lusaka
Lusaka will also rejoin the Emirates network. connecting passengers in Zambia back to Dubai and onto the world. The service commences on 4th September, operating twice weekly. The addition of Lusaka also broadens Emirates’ reach into Africa with nine destinations served.

COVID-19 PCR Tests Required
If you are travelling on Emirates, you will be required to have completed a negative COVID-19 PCR test.
This is mandatory for inbound and transit passengers arriving in Dubai (and the UAE), including UAE citizens, residents and tourists, irrespective of the country they are coming from.
As usual, check you are allowed into these countries and what restrictions are in place. Whilst flights may exist, countries can deny you entry, or may require the completion of paperwork before you cross into their territory.
