It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, we have a Ryanair Boeing 737-800 departing Dublin Airport, on its way to deliver its customers to another destination from its home base.
The Ryanair Group operates the Boeing 737-800 through its subsidiaries – with the mainline airline operating 270 of the type. Malta Air operates 120, Buzz operates 47 and Ryanair UK operates 1 aircraft. The group also operates 20 Airbus A320 aircraft through its Lauda Europe subsidiary, and one Boeing 737-700 used for training and charter purposes.
In addition to these, the group has 210 Boeing 737 MAX 8 200 aircraft on order.
The aircraft features – EI-DPN – is just under 14 years old, joining the Ryanair fleet in February 2007. It has remained in the fleet since then, basing itself in Porto at the moment, serving the Ryanair network from there.
More Airplane Art next week!
