Well, Grant Shapps has stood in front of a lectern and has spoken. Which countries are on the green list, and which have been added to the red list?

If you have been in or through any of the countries listed below in the previous 10 days, you will be refused entry to the UK.
If you are a British or Irish National, or you have residence rights in the UK, you will be able to enter. You must quarantine in a government approved hotel for 10 days.
What are the difference?
There are various difference depending on which level a country is in, and what happens when a person returns to England

Proving your vaccination status
Those fully vaccinated will be able to show their Covid status on the NHS app from 17 May. Those without the NHS app can request a letter to verify their vaccination status.
Note the NHS App currently only supports patients in England currently.
And expect a wait at the border
For those who are hoping for a quick progression through the UK Border… don’t. In the past, it used to take 25 seconds to process a passenger into the United Kingdom.
Currently, it takes five to ten minutes to process a person.
As such, border queues are going to be long for quite some time to come. And there are many reports of long waits at Heathrow and so on.

If I fly from US to Iceland and spend 10 days there, will I be allowed to enter UK without a quarantine?
