It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, we have a United Airlines Boeing 777-200ER in the Star Alliance billboard scheme coming into Chicago O’Hare International as day turns into evening.
United Airlines operate a fleet of 55 Boeing 777-200ER aircraft in its fleet. They are used both domestically and on international services. They form the backbone of the United Airlines long-haul fleet, with them operating Boeing 767-300ER, Boeing 767-400, Boeing 777-200, Boeing 777-300ER, Boeing 787-8, Boeing 787-9 and Boeing 787-10.
Together, they connect the eight hubs of United Airlines to the world.
This aircraft – N218UA has been parked since May 2020. It was delivered to pre-merger United Airlines in January 2001, making it over 20 years old.
More Airline Art next week!

Awesome photo. I flew a UA 777 with same livery a few years back ORD-HKG. Great memories for sure.
