It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have a Lufthansa Airbus A321neo in its two-tone colour scheme at Dublin Airport, as it prepares to taxi out for the runway for the return trip to Frankfurt.
Lufthansa operates a fleet of 11 Airbus A321neo aircraft in its short to medium-haul fleet. The airline also operates the Airbus A319, Airbus A320ceo, Airbus A321ceo and Airbus A320neo. These support the operations out of Frankfurt and Munich, connecting to short-haul and long haul destinations across the Lufthansa network.
This aircraft – D-AIEB is named “Bielefeld”. It was delivered to Lufthansa in June 2019, remaining in the fleet. In recent days it has operated to Malaga, Fuerteventura and Istanbul out of the Lufthansa hub of Frankfurt Airport.
More airplane art next week!
