- JetBlue to add 30 more Airbus A220-300 aircraft to its fleet – More A220 for the airline, ousting the Embraer fleet

- Great Western Railway to progress on Battery-Powered Rail Service with VivaRail – We’ll have to see how the technology progresses and if it can scale up from a two-car upcycled tube train.
- Lufthansa to offer you the chance to offset your carbon… whilst in the air – This will only work by the power of guilt.

- Big price rises ahead for public transport in London – Oof. Travelling in London is going to cost a lot more soon.

I’m slowly beginning to ramp up for a trip. Yes. Travel. And long haul travel at that. However, there’s some way to go before I take to the air.
With a few other things going on, I’m sure there’s plenty to write at the pen of Economy Class and Beyond.
On top of that, I’ll have my usual bits of news through the week, as well as a new way to consume the blog soon… once I’ve pumped primed it.
