It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have an Air India Boeing 777-300ER climbing out of Chicago O’Hare International Airport as it begins the long trip back to its home base of Delhi, India.
Air India operates a fleet of 13 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in their long-haul fleet. The airline operates the smaller Boeing 777-200LR and Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner in its long-haul operation.
This aircraft – VT-ALX – is also known as “Sikkim”. The aircraft joined the Air India fleet in March 2018. It has remained the fleet since then. The aircraft recently has operated out of its Dehli base to Chicago, New York and San Francisco, connecting India to the United States of America.
More Airplane Art next week!
