In addition, LEVEL will be codesharing with American Airlines and Alaska Airlines (via the Iberia codeshare). Passengers travelling onwards from Barcelona can utilise the Vueling codeshares as needed for destinations in Spain and Europe.
LEVEL is also flying to Barcelona from New York and a Boston–Barcelona route will be added on May 1. As such, the airline plans to offer more than 11,000 weekly seats on its routes to the United States, which is more than double what it offered in 2019.
The airline also serves Cancun (Mexico), Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) and Buenos Aires (Argentina) from its Barcelona base.
Tickets are available on flylevel.com and the Iberia Group channels.

According to Lucía Adrover, Chief Commercial Officer of LEVEL:
“Barcelona, the second largest city in Spain, is a destination that has a lot to offer visitors. Not only because of all the leisure opportunities offered by the city and its Mediterranean surroundings, but also because of the growing business network that exists in Spain and may be of interest to American companies.”
Building out more capacity for Summer 2022
As the Summer 2022 timetables take hold, it is going to be a key year for a lot of airlines in terms of their load factors, revenue per passenger, cargo revenue as well as how much they make in total, after a chaotic two years that have passed.
LEVEL is committing a lot of resources to the USA to deliver over 11,000 seats a week to capitalise on the want of travel after this time – we can but hope the desire for passengers to travel exists – even if there are few entry restrictions to handle at this time.

Hopefully these routes work well for them – Barcelona is the most popular Spanish destination for Americans and a reasonably-priced nonstop should get a good reception.
