It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have an Air France Airbus A319 departing London Heathrow as it heads off to Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport to connect its passengers to the world.
Air France currently operates a fleet of 28 Airbus A319 aircraft in its short-haul fleet. The airline also operates the Airbus A318, Airbus A320, Airbus A321 and Airbus A220 operating out of its Paris hubs.
The airline is in the process of introducing the Airbus A220 to its fleet (with 8 aircraft introduced so far). These will replace the smaller Airbus A318 and Airbus A319 aircraft.
This aircraft – F-GRXK – joined the Air France fleet in March 2006. It has remained in the Air France fleet since then. It has recently been operating out of the airlines Paris Charles De Gaulle hub to destinations such as Bucharest, Dublin, Zurich, Brest, Munich, Venice, Copenhagen, Athens, Rome – to name a few.
More Airplane Art next week!
