It means one of two things in the land of Economy Class and Beyond. Either I’ve got insomnia again, or I’m on a National Express coach, heading off the aviation a peak of the United Kingdom
Sometimes these things are very similar.
Things have been… chaotic in the run-up to this trip I’m about to start (to the point where lunchtime in the real world has become a long-forgotten thing), and that instant coffee has become drinkable recently.
That’s a very bad sign normally.
What was a worse sign was a dead battery on the coach. Along with malfunctioning lights.
I did get underway nearly 43 minutes late – which cuts my margins razor thin.
Which isn’t how I like to travel.
Today could be “a challenging” day in office parlance.
Or a total omnishambles as I’ve been known to say.
