It’s Sunday again (or just after), so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have a Delta Air Lines Airbus A330-200 resting at London Heathrow Airport between flights.
Delta Air Lines operate a fleet of 11 Airbus A330-200 aircraft in its long-haul fleet. The airline also operates the Airbus A330-300, Airbus A330-900neo, Airbus A350-900, Boeing 757-200, Boeing 767-300ER and Boeing 767-400ER.
This aircraft – N855NW – first flew for its original owner, Northwest Airlines in October 2004. Its ownership certificate changed when Delta merged with Northwest in September 2009. It has remained in its active fleet since then.
It has recently been operating out of Delta hubs of Detroit, New York and Atlanta to destinations including Frankfurt, Milan and Lagos.
More Airplane Art next week!
