The LATAM and Delta Air Lines Joint Venture continues to bear fruit, as LATAM Columbia prepares to start a new route between Orlando and Bogotá.
The new route will operate from the 1st of July 2023, offing passengers a new route to Colombia, as well as onward connectivity in South America. It will mark the second route between the United States and the Colombian markets offered by the Joint Venture.
The planned operation is as follows:

LATAM Columbia will operate an Airbus A320 on the route, with 174 seats aboard, offering business and economy class seating onboard.

Building out the joint venture
With the LATAM/Delta Joint venture live, it seems that is delivering on its promise to add new markets and routes, whilst improving the passenger experience.
This can be seen with LATAM Brazil adding a São Paulo to Los Angeles route, which is due to start later this year
The joint venture applies to markets between North America (United States and Canada) and South America (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay), delivering benefits like the joint accumulating of miles/points in frequent flier programs, and faster connections to access more than 300 destinations between the U.S./Canada and South America.
