It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have an Iberia Airbus A330-300 pushing back as it prepares to depart Heathrow Terminal 3 as it prepares for the short hop back to Madrid Airport.
Iberia operates a fleet of eight Airbus A330-300 aircraft. The airline also operates the Airbus A330-200 and Airbus A350-900 in its long-haul fleet. The airline also operates the Airbus A319, Airbus A320, Airbus A321 and Airbus A320neo in its short-haul fleet.
This aircraft – EC-LXK – is named El Salvador. The aircraft joined the Iberia fleet in June 2013, where it has remained since then. The aircraft is currently operational, with it being reported to have flown out of its Madrid home to Sao Paulo, London Heathrow, Miami, Dallas-Fort Worth, Boston and Panama City over the seven days when this article was written.
More Airplane Art next week!
