Well, it seems that JetBlue has got the guts to show a timetable and release tickets for sale for its new Amsterdam service. Let us dive in.
Onto the timetable, where JetBlue seemed to have gained rather good slots for its operation.

Robin Hayes, chief executive officer, JetBlue said:
“Entrenched legacy carriers have dominated this route for decades. Our transatlantic service demonstrates how JetBlue’s entrance into a new market lowers fares and benefits customers,” said “We look forward to continue expanding JetBlue’s transatlantic footprint and introduce customers traveling to and from Amsterdam to our award-winning service and to our highly-acclaimed Mint and core products at affordable fares.”
Well, a bit late for the summer
It seems that JetBlue finally managed to pull the route it wants to launch out of the bag – even if it is rather late for the summer season.
And the timings are nothing to be sniffed at – they provide some reasonable connectivity to the JetBlue networks in Boston and New York, whilst providing useful arrival times at Amsterdam to have a business day/relax day.
The question, of course, is, can they sustain this into the winter?
Whilst there may be tussles back and forth, it’ll be interesting to see if the slots are awarded to the airline for the winter season – and at exactly the same times.
