It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have a SWISS International Airlines Airbus A320neo at Hamburg Airport resting in the late evening summer sun as it is prepared for its return flight to Zurich Airport.
SWISS operates a fleet of six Airbus A320neo aircraft in its single-aisle fleet. The airline also operates Airbus A220-100, Airbus A220-300, Airbus A320ceo, Airbus A321ceo and Airbus A321neo.
These aircraft connect to the SWISS hubs at Zurich and Geneva, providing onward connectivity to European, Asia and North America.
This aircraft – HB-JDB – is named Riederalp. It joined the SWISS International Air Lines fleet in July 2020, remaining in the fleet since then. It has been based out of SWISS’s base at Zurich Airport, operating across its short and medium-haul networks to Brindisi, Athens, Stockholm, Venice, London-Heathrow, Warsaw, Copenhagen, Nice, Prague and Porto.
More Airplane Art next week!
