It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have a British Airways Airbus A320neo, painted in the “BA Better World” livery.
British Airways operates a fleet of 20 Airbus A320neo aircraft. The airline also operates the Airbus A319, Airbus A320, Airbus A321 and Airbus A321neo in its single-aisle aircraft fleet, which is used to connect its London Heathrow and London Gatwick hubs to Europe and longer routes that can be served with smaller aircraft.
The aircraft is painted in a varient of airlines colours blue hues, as part of the airline’s push for its sustainability programme – Better World.
This aircraft – G-TTNA – was delivered to British Airways in 2018, and was repainted in 2022 into its current livery. It was the first of the Airbus A320neo fleet for British Airways. It is based at London Heathrow Airport and has recently been operating flights to Pisa, Dusseldorf, Warsaw, Tenerife, Dalaman, Istanbul, Belfast, Geneva, Athens, Larnaca, Stockholm and Malaga.
