It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more Airplane Art.
This week, we have a KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Boeing 787-9 arriving at Chicago O’Hare International Airport after the transatlantic hop from its home base of Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
KLM operates a fleet of 13 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft in its long-haul fleet. The airline also operates Airbus A330-200, Airbus A330-300, Boeing 777-200ER, Boeing 777-300ER and Boeing 787-10 widebody operation.
This aircraft – PH-BHP, and is named “Tulip“. It joined the KLM fleet in August 2018, making it just over five years old, operating on its long-haul network
It has been busy operating across its network, with it flying out of Amsterdam to Tokyo, Seoul, Osaka, Rio de Janeiro, Taipei and Calgary.
